Our journey to Eastside Labradoodles began long before our first litter. It started in 2005, when we brought home our first Labrador Retriever, Kinley Denali The Great One. April grew up on a ranch in Klamath Falls, Oregon, surrounded by Arabian horses, Shetland Sheepdogs, and one unforgettable Labrador who shaped her childhood. That early bond with a loving, loyal Lab stayed with her for life.

When April and her husband Steve settled near Lake Sammamish, they knew a Labrador would be their first family dog. Kinley quickly became more than a pet—she was April’s 5 a.m. running partner, a fearless dock‑jumper, a brilliant retriever, and the dog who welcomed their children into the world. She lived a long, healthy 15 years, and her presence shaped the rhythm of their home.

When Kinley was 14, Yeti joined the family. She stepped into Kinley’s pawprints with grace—becoming April’s new running companion, a water‑loving athlete, and a deeply affectionate family dog. Yeti embodies everything we love about Labradors: intelligence, loyalty, athleticism, and a heart that wants nothing more than to be part of the family.

As our children grew, we noticed something important. Many of their friends were allergic to dogs, yet they adored Kinley and Yeti. With careful handwashing and awareness, they could spend time with our Labs—and eventually convinced their parents to bring home dogs of their own. Almost all of them chose Labradoodles.

That experience shaped our mission. We wanted to share the joy, athleticism, and loving nature of the Labrador breed with families who needed a more allergy‑friendly option. After extensive research, health testing, and guidance from experienced breeders, we chose Royal—a beautifully bred, fully health‑tested Moyen Poodle—to sire Yeti’s first and only litter.

This is our first Labradoodle litter, but it is the culmination of 20 years of raising, loving, and living alongside exceptional Labrador Retrievers. Our puppies are raised in our home, handled daily, socialized with children, and cared for with the same devotion we’ve given every dog we’ve ever loved.

We are proud to serve families in Seattle, Sammamish, Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Western Washington, and Portland who are searching for a well‑bred, health‑tested, temperament‑sound F1 Labradoodle.

Our family has a deep love for the Labradoodle’s intelligence, versatility, and affectionate nature, and we are committed to responsible breeding practices that ensure every puppy is given the best possible start in life.

Our foundation begins with Yeti — officially registered as Eastside Labradors Kilimanjaro Yeti — a beautiful 5‑year‑old charcoal Labrador retriever. Yeti is not only a loyal companion but also a shining example of the Lab’s intelligence, athleticism, and gentle temperament. She will soon be paired with a registered merle Labradoodle sire, with the exciting potential for both merle and phantom Labradoodle puppies available to loving homes.

We believe Labradoodles are more than pets — they are family members, adventure partners, and lifelong friends. That’s why we focus on:
