One Year Health Guarantee

At Eastside Labradors & Labradoodles, we take every step to ensure our puppies begin life with the strongest possible foundation. Yeti and Royal have been fully health tested through OFA, Embark, and Paw Print Genetics, and their clear results allow us to confidently offer a One‑Year Genetic Health Guarantee for every puppy in this litter.

This guarantee reflects our commitment to responsible breeding, transparency, and the long‑term wellbeing of each puppy we raise.

You will sign a Health Guarantee & Sales Agreement with these details when you make the final payment for your puppy.

What Our Guarantee Covers

  • 72-Hour Initial Health Guarantee

Your puppy will go home with a clean bill of health from our veterinarian.

To activate your guarantee, we ask that you take your puppy to your own licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup.

If a life‑threatening condition is discovered during this exam, you may return the puppy for a full refund.

  • One Year Genetic Health Guarantee

For the first year of your puppy’s life, we guarantee against serious hereditary or congenital conditions, including:

    • Hip dysplasia

    • Elbow dysplasia

    • Congenital heart defects

    • PRA and inherited eye diseases

If a covered condition is diagnosed, we require a written veterinary diagnosis with supporting documentation (radiographs, specialist reports, lab results).

  • Remedy

Because this is a single, intentional litter, and no future litters are planned, the remedy for a confirmed genetic condition is:

A partial refund of the purchase price.

Your puppy may remain with your family unless you choose otherwise.

  • What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

These exclusions are standard across reputable breeders:

    •Parasites (giardia, coccidia, worms)

    • Minor or temporary puppy illnesses

    • Allergies

    • Behavior issues

    • Injuries or accidents

    • Conditions caused by poor diet or over‑exercise

    • Common puppy conditions (ear infections, UTIs, mild GI upset)

We also ask families to protect their puppy from public parks, beaches, and high‑traffic dog areas until vaccinations are complete.

  • Your Responsibilities

To keep the guarantee valid, families agree to:

    • Complete a vet exam within 72 hours

    • Provide routine veterinary care

    • Maintain vaccinations and parasite prevention

    • Feed a high‑quality diet

    • Avoid strenuous exercise before 18 months

    • Spay/neuter the puppy by 12 months

    • Never breed the dog

These requirements protect your puppy’s health and ensure the guarantee remains in effect.

  • If You Can No Longer Keep Your Puppy

While we do not offer refunds or buybacks, we will always assist in rehoming if needed.

Your puppy may never be surrendered to a shelter or rescue.
